Description
Residence+ presents an energetic living experience through expansive and meticulously crafted living spaces that seamlessly integrate the use of natural materials and incorporate biophilic elements, including soothing water features, lush building greenery, and thoughtfully designed transitional spaces. Embracing a distinctive "vernacular" architectural style, the residence showcases a harmonious fusion of geometric shapes, plays of shadow and natural light, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and contributing to a unique atmosphere.
Strategically positioned within the heart of a vibrant campus complex, in close proximity to the library and art center, the ensemble of buildings collectively known as "Residence+" is purposefully designed to elevate the living conditions of students. The intentional placement within this central hub not only facilitates convenient access to academic resources but also fosters a dynamic and enriching living environment, promoting a sense of community and well-being among the residents.
