The project centers on incorporating technical, ecological, and economic factors into architectural and design renovation concepts for an existing building in Stutgart, Germany. 

It emphasizes a comprehensive on-site examination (done by the project team) to detect potential pollutants and advocates for the use of health-friendly building materials. The primary goal is to apply teaching materials through the chosen building, identifying pollutants, weaknesses and toxins in this building to be renovated and expanded. The project aims to propose strategies for non-toxic renovation, reuse of existing materials while addressing professional, business, financial, and legal considerations.
