The new opera house proposal for the Baltic city of Stralsund, Germany, envisions a music and performance hall that would introduce a revitalizing blend of architectural and cultural dynamism to the town. Stralsund is situated on the southern coast of the Strelasund, a sound in the Baltic Sea that separates the island of Rügen from the mainland.
